Radio Stations Airing Recording of Christmas Vespers
This year’s Christmas Vespers service was recorded for radio, and will be featured on multiple stations.
Alumni and students alike join to bring the tale of George Bailey; a man pondering his place in the universe who learns just how many lives he touches in a positive way every day on Christmas Eve.

The Vespers program of Christmas carols and anthems was presented by the college’s Department of Music and featured more than 200 performers in historic Dimnent Memorial Chapel. The services featured a variety of Hope instrumental and vocal groups as well as the college’s historic Skinner organ.
Hope Rep to Feature “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” Dec. 18-21
A beloved American holiday story will come to life onstage in downtown Holland for a third Christmas season when Hope Repertory Theatre of 鶹ý presents “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” on Wednesday-Saturday, Dec. 18-21, at the Knickerbocker Theatre.

The 鶹ý jazz ensembles, joined by bassist Darryl Jones of the Rolling Stones as guest artist, will present “An Evening of Jazz: A Tribute to Duke Ellington” on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 7 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

Hope Theatre to Present Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing”
The 鶹ý Department of Theatre will present William Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” on Friday-Saturday, Nov. 15-16, and Thursday-Saturday, Nov. 21-23, at 7:30 p.m. along with a free 2 p.m. matinee on Sunday, Nov. 17. All performances will be in the DeWitt Center main theatre.
