Hope to Present Honorary Degree to Professor Emeritus John Yelding
Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø will present an honorary degree, the Doctorate of Humane Letters (LHD), to retired education professor John Yelding during the Commencement ceremony for the Class of 2025 on Sunday, May 4, at Ray and Sue Smith Stadium.
Two Hope Students Receive Prestigious Goldwater Scholarships
Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø juniors Taylor Laurin of Portage and Sofia Rosenberger of Naperville, Illinois, have both received highly competitive scholarships from the Barry Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence in Education Foundation.

Three Hope Student Teams Place in Final Round of ACG Cup Competition; One Team Finishes as Runner-Up
Competing against a record-breaking 37 teams, all three of Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹Ù꿉۪s student teams who competed in the recent ACG Cup Competition, held on Saturday, Feb. 22, advanced to the final round. Team BCG from Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø finished runner-up.

Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø Orchestra Chosen to Perform in Carnegie Hall in April
The Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø Orchestra is one of only three ensembles, and one of only two from the United States, chosen to perform in the culminating Evening Showcase Concert in Carnegie Hall during the 19th annual New York International Music Festival running Saturday–Wednesday, April 5-9.
