Ticket Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in attending an event at 鶹ý.

Prior to purchasing tickets or attending an event at 鶹ý, please review the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). By opting to purchase, allocate, or possess tickets, the ticket purchaser/attendee automatically agrees to the Terms. Questions or concerns with the Terms should be directed to the 鶹ý Ticket Office at 616-395-7890 prior to purchasing tickets or attending an event.

For the purposes of clarity, the Terms apply to any and all tickets purchased or utilized for events at 鶹ý regardless of the nature, organizational structure, or marketing of the event. 鶹ý will occasionally be contracted by third parties to host events; the Terms apply to all such events.

Return Policy/Event Cancellation

  • All 鶹ý ticket sales are FINAL TRANSACTIONS. Refunds are considered only if the event is canceled. When available, exchanges may be made for a different performance of the same show with at least 24-hour notice. Exchanges are not available for athletic events.
  • If an event is canceled due to any factors beyond the control of 鶹ý or a third-party event host, the ticket purchaser/attendee will either (1) be offered a partial or full refund; or (2) the tickets will be available for use at a rescheduled event; or (3) a comparable ‘make good’ option will be provided. Factors beyond the control of 鶹ý are inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state/local restrictions, labor disputes and production delays. The decision of 鶹ý with regard to the available options will be final.
  • If an event is fully canceled, the refund, if available, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). A ticket purchaser/attendee cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, travel costs, inconvenience, and similar charges.
  • If a ticket purchaser/attendee is unable to attend an event due to delays, weather-related problems, emergencies, or any other reason, refunds or future credits will not be issued.
